This delightful log cabin was built by Jerry Sargent

When Jerry was only 16 years old, he attended our two day seminar. He then proceeded to build this log cabin for himself on his parent's land.

Jerry did an absolutely perfect job on this cabin.

It is "text-book-perfect."

Skip and some of his buddies (log home builders) tried to find a mistake in the cabin -- but they couldn't find any.

The builders felt that if Jerry could obtain financing to build a log home to sell, then he would be "off and running" as a successful commercial builder.

They felt that Jerry could retire in less than ten years -- which would make him a very young retiree.

The house that you can see in the background of this picture is Jerry's parents' house. They also took our class and built their own log home themselves. Sending your child to the seminar is like giving a gift that might just save them from a lifetime of debt, mortgages, and working a "9-to-5" job just to pay the rent.
