This log home was built by Mike Simmons after he attended our class.

Mike sold this home almost immediately for $299,000.00. .

His "net" profit from the sale was $160,000.00.

If necessary, Mike could easily build more than one log home per year.

This home was chosen to be "HOME OF THE WEEK" by the newspaper in Mikes geographical area.

The home was also chosen to be "HOME OF THE MONTH" by the Log Home Builders Association of North America.

Mike Simmons learned how to build log homes from Master Log Home Builder, Skip Ellsworth.

As is often the case, this log home is much bigger on the inside that it appears to be from the outside. The home has 2,300 square feet of living space.

As usual, Mike's attention to detail resulted in a lot of "curb appeal."

As you can see, a model of the house is tucked into the landscaping.

The people who purchased Mike's home were so impressed with his work that they hired him to add the second floor deck, AND enclose the carport on the right side of the house.

Mike generally does his own landscaping, and feels that this is important to the over-all ambiance of the package.

There are two bay windows in the front of the home. The windows face the driveway and the landscaped front yard. It's a beautiful setting.

Mike's work is always impeccable in every detail.

Mike is intelligent enough to realize that it is almost always much easier (and less expensive) to do it "right" than it is to do it "wrong."

The second floor girders and floor joists.

The third floor bathroom.

Nice detail...
