THE FOLLOWING HOME WAS BUILT BY JOE, DAVE, AND BILL

These guys owned a pizza store (or two?) when they took Skip's two day seminar. Before the seminar was over, they had decided to become log cabin builders.

On the second day of the seminar they gave Skip a T-shirt from their "Hot Lips Pizza" Restaurant -- which he has often worn on his travels throughout the world.

Their note to Skip says the following;

Dear Skip,

I just thought I'd send you a couple of pictures of our finished house on Hartstene Island. We listed it for sale last week, and there has been interest in it already..."

"Anyway, things are going well and we are preparing to start the next house on our adjacent property."

In the log home building industry, it is generally accepted that homes like this can be sold very easily in most areas. This is why MANY OF THE BUILDERS WILL NOT BUILD LOG CABINS FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

They say that there is much more money to be made building their OWN log cabins -- and selling them when they are completed.
