The following beautiful home was built by two graduates of Skip’s two-day seminar -- Jack and Arlene Cross.

Jack spent 37 years at Boeing Company, where he worked as an engineer (electronic design and software). He retired in 1992.

Their home has 2,000 sq. ft of floor space, with over 500 sq. ft of deck space. It is 2 ½ stories tall, and it was completed in 1996.

When asked if he would be interested in building log cabins for someone else, Jack smiled and said, "Maybe… at least I’d think about it."

This excellent home won the "Home of the Month Award" from the Log House Builders Association of North America.

STUDENT'S LOG HOUSE

Jack and his lovely wife often attend the monthly meetings at Skip's ranch.

Their cabin is located on a beautiful lake -- within commuting distance of Seattle.
