Patrick selected the girder log not only for size but for beauty, which makes it a nice addition to the living room (above).

Most of our members have no previous construction experience. Patrick has experience with post and beam construction, and incorporated several post and beam features into his log home. The two styles go very nicely together, especially if you enjoy natural building materials. The result is a dramatic home that is incredibly strong, beautiful, and that will last for a very long time...
