"CONSTITUTIONAL" NO TRESPASSING SIGNS

 WITH AN ACCOMPANYING "NOTICE" ???  (BELOW)

If you want to keep government "bureaucrats" off of your property, we suggest that the following "KEEP OUT SIGNS"  (with the accompanying "NOTICE") might be a good place to start.

The following signs have been used by many of the members -- and we have received good reports concerning the affectivity of them.

The above sign can be purchased from Terry O'Donnell who lives in Omak, Washington.  If you want to know specifically how to contact Terry, please e-mail us and we will try to find his e-mail address for you.

Terry's signs are printed on very durable material.  Our own personal sign was purchased from Terry several years ago and it is still in excellent condition even though it has been exposed to the weather continuously. 

We bought the sign from Terry for less money that we could have purchased the material and painted it ourselves.

The above sign is also good.  Unfortunately, we do not know where you can purchase a copy, which means that you will need to do some research on your own if you want to buy this one.

PUBLIC NOTICE

THIS “NOTICE” IS ADDRESSED TO ALL FEDERAL AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE I.R.S., H.E.W., H.U.D., O.E.O., E.P.A., E.A.A., C.I.A., REGIONAL COUNCILS, TO SIMILAR STATE EMPLOYEES, COUNTY EMPLOYEES, AND OTHER UNCONSTITUTIONAL AGENCIES; AND THIS NOTICE PERTAINS TO THE FOLLOWING FECERAL CRIMINAL LAW – U.S.C., TITLE 18, Sec. 241:

"If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any citizen in the free exercise or enjoyment of a right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with the intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured –

They shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results, they shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.” 

Any action that is taken by any government employee under "Color of Authority, and/or Color of Law, and/or Color of Office" would be in violation of the above mentioned law.
