Photos and stories from a recent Bruce Lee Memorial Service

This photo was taken at the cemetery where Bruce Lee is buried. It was taken on the 25th Anniversary of Bruce Lee's death -- at the Memorial Service that was held to commemorate and celebrate his life.

Hundreds of the best martial artists in the world came from many different countries to pay their respects to Bruce.

Of course, Bruce's original students in America were present on that day -- including Jesse Glover, Taky Kimura, Ed Hart, Jim DeMile, and Skip Ellsworth.

Bruce Lee's head-stone is on the right (in photo) -- and Brandon's is on the left.

This photo shows (from left to right) Jesse Glover, Skip Ellsworth, and Jim DeMile. They are placing incense at the gravesites, and they are bowing in respect to Bruce and Brandon.

This was a very sad moment for these three martial artists.

This is Skip Ellsworth, with his son Chip (who had just turned three years old). Chip didn't understand why everyone was so sad -- but he was moved by it, and responded accordingly.

This is Linda Lee Cadwell and Skip Ellsworth.

Skip has a great amount of respect and admiration for Linda. He says that she is one of the nicest people in the world.

Linda and Skip, discussing some aspect of Bruce Lee's life.

Elvie said, "Please pose for picture."

Skip, Linda, Chip, and Elvie.

Everyone who knew Brandon when he was a child commented about how much Chip looks like Brandon when he was the same age.

This similarity in appearance created a situation that was (as Shakespeare once said), "...a sweet sadness."

This is Bruce Cadwell, Linda's husband. He is one of the finest men on earth. He loves Linda very much, and he takes excellent care of her.

Skip says, "We owe this man our love ... and our highest degree of respect."

Taky Kimura, and Skip Ellsworth. Taky was one of Bruce's best friends in Seattle. He is one of the nicest guys to ever become involved in the martial arts. You will NEVER meet anyone who doesn't like Taky Kimura.

Taky, Skip, and Taky's son, Andy.

Andy is cut from the same material as his dad. They are so proud of each other that it's hard to tell which one is the proudest
